| 摘 要： | 在新的历史条件下,执政党建设要不断增强党的阶级基础和扩大党的群众基础,不断提高党的社会影响力。党的阶级基础增强和群众基础扩大后,要深入地研究在新的形势下如何加强党的思想建设的问题,实现工人阶级政党利益和人民根本利益的辩证统一,把新世纪政党建设提高到一个新的水平。
