当前查办职务犯罪案件遇到的问题及对策

随着依法治国方略的实施和改革开放的不断深入,人民群众对检察机关运用司法手段惩治腐败的要求越来越高,同时职务犯罪呈现出日益复杂的趋势,办案难度越来越大,检察机关现行办案机制所固有的弊端和缺陷也日益显现,检察机关查办职务犯罪工作面临新的挑战。本文试图对当前查办职务犯罪工作中存在问题进行剖析并就如何解决这些问题进行初浅的探讨,希望对打击职务犯罪有所帮助。

Problems and countermeasures in current investigating jobrelated crimes

With the implementation of the rule of law and the deepening of reform and opening up,the people＇s demanding on the prosecution＇s use of judicial means to fight corruption has become increasing, and jobrelated crimes showing a trend of more and more complex and difficult to handle.The inherent drawbacks and deficiencies of the existing mechanism for handling the prosecution are increasingly apparent that the prosecutors are facing new challenges in investigating jobrelated crimes.This paper attempts to analyze the problems in investigating jobrelated crimes and how to address these issues with a hope to help fighting against jobrelated crimes.
