| Abstract: | Qing Dynasty,as the last feudal dynasty in China,whose penal system has gone through three different stages of development with the historical evolution of the Manchu.The development of the penal system is also showing a variety of different characteristics suited to different stages.These stages and characteristics are the specific reflects of the penalty culture of the Qing Dynasty and the most important aspect of the legal culture of the Qing Dynasty. |
