论中国共产党干部教育的八条经验

干部教育是干部成长进步的重要途径,也是培养造就高素质干部队伍的重要保证。中国共产党始终把干部教育作为事关全党大局的战略性、基础性工作来抓,紧密围绕党在不同时期的历史任务和中心工作,坚持以马克思主义为指导,以研究中国实际问题为中心,联系实际创新路、加强培训求实效,培养造就了一批批高素质干部人才,也创造了丰富的实践经验。本着让历史告诉现在、让历史启迪未来的初衷,本文梳理总结了党的干部教育八条历史经验,以期为当前推进干部教育培训工作改革创新提供参考借鉴。

Eight Points of Experiences in the Cadre Education of the CPC

Cadre education is an important method for the growth and advancement of cadres, and also an important guarantee for building a high - quality team of cadres. The CPC always treats the cadre education as strategic and fundamental work relating to the overall situation of the whole party. Eyeing on the historical tasks and central work of the party in different periods and upholding Marxism as the guideline, the CPC focuses on the practical problems in China, creates new ways of training and pursues to the actual effect of training, having cultivated batches of high - quality cadres and accumulated enriched experiences. To learn from the past and inspire our work for the future, this paper summarizes eight points of historical experiences in the cadre education of the CPC, hoping to provide some references for pushing the reform and innovation of cadre education at present.
