摘    要:教育公平是动态的、相对的公平。追求教育公平是当代我国教育政策的基本价值取向。从改革开放至今,我国在基础教育和高等教育领域都取得了很大的成绩。但随着市场经济的深入和发展,教育不公平问题凸显。为此,基础教育要加强对弱势群体的补偿机制;高等教育要建立与社会需求相结合的人才培养机制。

Abstract:Educational fair is dynamic and relative. The pursuit of educational fair is the basic value of China' s education policies at present. Since the beginning of reform and open up, we have made great achievements in the fields of basic education and higher education. But with the development of market economy, the problems of education unfair appear. So basic education should strengthen the compensation mechanism for the weak groups, and higher education should establish personnel training mechanism combined with social needs.
