| 摘 要： | 美国宪法第十四修正案确立了“法律平等保护”。运用该条款对立法进行司法审查时涉及立法归类是否合理的问题。在种族隔离领域，联邦最高法院由普菜西案中的“隔离但平等”发展到布朗案中的“隔离实质上不平等”，并最终确立了针对不同领域适用的三类审查标准。

| Abstract: | The 14th amendment concludes the clause of equal protection,which has been practiced in judicial review concerning about whether the clarification of the legislation is reasonable.The Supreme Court developed the theory of segregation with equality in Plessey v.Ferguson to segregation causes inequality in case of Brown.It also establishes three standards for judicial review among different fields. |
