| 摘 要： | 笔迹鉴定结论作为一项专门的技术鉴定结论,是我国法定的七大证据之一,在司法活动中发挥着重要作用,其发展趋势有六个方面:一是笔迹鉴定的标准化趋势;二是统计分析方法在笔迹鉴定中的运用;三是笔迹鉴定的微观化趋势;四是计算机自动笔迹识别的运用;五是仪器分析在笔迹鉴定中的运用;六是手写字迹书写时间的鉴定。

| Abstract: | As a professional verdict,handwriting verification is among the 7 legal evidences playing important role in judicatory.Its developmental tendency includes 6 aspects: 1.tendency of standardization;2.adoption of statistical analysis;3.tendency of microscopic verification;4.adoption of automatic handwriting verification by computer;5.adoption of analysis made by apparatus;6.verification of the exact time generating handwriting. |
