摘    要:入世将引起我国劳资关系的深刻变化,劳资关系的剧烈冲突将成为不争的现实。美国通用汽车公司实施的劳资合同战略为我国企业协调劳资关系提供了成功的经验。遵循“以职工为本”的管理思想,通过劳资双方的互动来加强劳资合作,应该成为我国企业协调和改善劳资关系的方向。

Abstract:The accession to WTO shall cause the profound changes on the employee - employer relation in China, the radical conflict on the employee - employer relation has become the undeniable reality. The employee - employer cooperative strategies implemented by the American General Auto Company have provided the successful experience for the Chinese enterprises to coordinate the employee - employer relation. We should comply with the management thought of "taking the workers as the root and strengthen the employee -employer cooperation by means of the interaction of the two parties of the employee - employer, and this should become the direction for the Chinese enterprises to coordinate and improve the employee - employer relation.
