| 摘 要： | 法治社会需要并造就了法律职业者 ,反过来 ,法律职业者又成了法治社会的一根擎天柱 ,是法治秩序的忠实维护者。但是 ,法治社会中形式化法律的弊端 ,加之一些人为力量的推动 ,使得法律发展出现了反形式化的现象 ,这又威胁着法律职业者的命运。

| Abstract: | Legal professionals are needed and brought up by legal society and in turn become a pillar of the legal society and faithful safeguards of the legal order.But,the defects of formalizing law and some artificial impetuses in legal society make the development of laws anti-formalized,and this threatens the destiny of the legal professionals. |
