从整体趋势来看,我国司法改革随着从"司法工作机制"到"司法体制"的范围扩大而继续深化.司法体制改革的方向要切合中国国情和把握时代脉搏.在目标上,我国司法体制改革面临着从"抗干扰"到"获信赖"的转向.司法"获信赖"有其源于人民、为了人民和依靠人民的根据.在具体路径上,我国司法体制改革也面临着从一元到多元的转变,既突出司法组织主体的精英化和大众化并进,又强调司法制度和程序从技术向情感的转向.
