从农民流动分化看发展农民工党员工作

改革开放以来，农村社会成员急剧分化并实现了多元性的流动，形成了“农民工阶层”。在农民工中发展党员对于巩固党的执政地位具有重要意义。当前，在发展农民工入党问题上存在一些不足之处，如：农民工入党问题尚未得到高度重视，农民工入党受入党意愿和条件双重限制等。因此，应在发展农民工入党工作中做到以下几点：坚持属地原则；架设党组织与农民工情感的桥梁和纽带；坚持标准，保证质量；健全具体制度。

How to Do a Good Job of Admitting New Party Members Who are Migrant Workers

Admitting new Party members who are migrant workers is of great importance for consolidating the ruling position of the Party. At present, there are some shortcomings in migrant workers＇ joining the Party. For instance, much attention has not been devoted to admission of migrant workers to the Party, and admission of them to the Party is limited by their will to join the Party and by their qualifications for membership. Therefore, in admitting new Party members who are migrant workers, we must adhere to the possession principle, bridge the sentimental gap between Party organizations and migrant workers, keep to qualifications, guarantee quality and improve systems.
