| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,我国文化体制改革经历了从拨乱反正到制度、理论创新的持续探索,初步形成了指引文化体制改革实践的新的文化发展观。本文通过透视我国文化事业单位改革的基本历程,勾勒了我国文化事业单位改革的理论发展和制度创新,并在此基础上反思当前改革所面临的主要问题:缺乏事业单位改革整体战略思考及内在动力不足。文章并对进一步推进我国文化事业单位改革提出了几点思考。
