| 摘 要： | 建设服务型政府,是我国行政体制改革的战略重点。积极推进服务型政府建设,迫切需要研究制定服务型政府建设的战略规划。服务型政府建设战略规划包括服务型政府建设的时间表、服务型政府建设的目标系和服务型政府建设的路线图。研究制定服务型政府建设战略规划,有助于指导、协调和积极推进服务型政府建设,有助于对各项体制改革进行顶层设计和总体协调,有助于实现十二五规划和全面建设小康社会的战略目标。
