| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,其就业稳定性问题关系到我国经济建设、社会稳定和人民群众的根本利益。本文通过剖析高校毕业生就业难的深层次原因,构建了个人职业素质提升、高校教育模式改革、企业制度体系完善、政府就业市场调控四位一体的高校毕业生就业稳定性促进机制,提出了促进高校毕业生稳定性就业的相关政策建议。
