| 摘 要： | 全球金融风暴后,我国就业市场遭受重大冲击.金融风暴下,农民工呈现不同的就业取向,很多老一代农民工选择返乡创业或务农,而新生代农民工更多地打算留在城市工作.文章在分析两代农民工代际差异与代际转移的基础上,为拓宽农民工就业出路提出了相关建议.
