| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the connotation of the resource-exhausted city and its transformation law, analyzes the issues and major obstacles encountered during the process of the transformation of resource-based cit ies backed by financing sector , and put forward the relevant suggestions to boost the transformation of our country ＂ s resource-exhausted cities supported by the financing sector. |
