| Abstract: | The difficulty in enforcing the judgment of deprivation of political rights in community based correction is conspicuous. This article analyzes factors causing the phenomenon from the perspective of both the system of community based correction and the punishment system of deprivation of political rights, and the authors put forward some suggestions about how to solve the problem. |
