The Rural Financial Cooperative Organization(RFCO) is an effective financial mechanism that adapts to the rural economic realistic of our country.And it is also one of the most important parts of the financial system in rural area.Although RFCO has play a key rule in various aspects such as the development of the rural economy and the improvement of peasant's living standard and so on,it has vary of problems which must be solved by innovation.The innovation and development of RFCO is facing many contradictions and the difficulties,we must propose the practical and feasible development way on the basis of analysis and understand these difficulties of RFCO.
