| Abstract: | In brain industry, intellectual resources are the key production factors in enterprises. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to operate intellectual capital effectively. The main ways and tactics to operate the intellectual capital of enterprises are to build a report system of the intellectual capital, to emphasize the accumulation of intellectual capital, to optimize the intellectual capital and so on. |
