恢复重建以来,中国特色社会主义检察制度始终在推进改革中不断发展完善.特别是党的十五大以来,检察改革成为检察工作主旋律,成效明显,经验丰富.深化检察改革,应当以强化法律监督职能、提高法律监督能力和加强对自身执法活动的监督制约为重点,优化检察机关的职权配置,完善检察机关的机构设置、管理制度和保障体制,健全人民群众监督检察工作的长效机制,进一步规范执法行为,提升法律监督的能力和水平.
