| 摘 要： | 大学生自杀问题成为严重的社会问题之一.造成这种现象的原因很多,有客观因素如学习压力、情感挫折、人际关系问题和就业压力等方面,也有主观原因,包括大学生本身的生理因素、存在的认知偏差、不良的性格因素以及耐挫能力低等因素.在探讨这些原因的基础上,提出了相应的干预措施,改善大学生的心理环境,加强大学生心理健康教育,建立完善的心理危机干预机制等都有助于减少大学生自杀现象的出现.

| Abstract: | Suicide is the problem threatening the healthy development of the undergraduates.It is found that the pressure of studying,employment and so on is the objective factor.Other causes are the cognitive bias and low psychological immunity against frustration.On this basis,we propose the approach to prevent suicide among undergraduates. |
