| 摘 要： | 为了解保定市基层公安民警心理压力现状及其对民警身心健康的影响,采用于俊杰主编的警察心理压力问卷对基层民警进行了心理测评。结果是基层民警的心理压力总体上处于中等水平,其中最重要的两种压力是经济压力和任务压力,男民警心理压力高于女民警,已婚民警高于未婚民警,治安警心理压力高于其他警种。
