| 摘 要： | 侦查原则是指侦查主体在侦查活动中必须遵循的法则或标准。文章就现有的侦查原则体系和实践对侦查工作的要求进行分析,提出侦查穷尽性原则。1.现场勘查工作的穷尽;2.讯问工作的穷尽;3.刑事技术工作的穷尽;4.其他侦查取证工作的穷尽。

| Abstract: | The investigation principles are rules or criteria,which an investigation body should obey when carrying out any investigation activity.The author analyzes the current investigation principle systems as well as practical requirements of the investigation jobs in this article.The author proposes a notion of limitation principles to crime investigation.1) Limitation to crime scene investigation;2) Limitation to interrogation;3) Limitation to forensic works;4) Limitation to other crime detection works for tracing evidences. |
