| 摘 要： | 政府信用在社会信用体系中处于核心地位,起着基础性、决定性、导向性的作用。没有良好的政府信用,就无法建立良好的社会信用。本文从政府信用的概念与内涵、政府信用的地位和作用研究、政府信用缺失的成因研究、政府信用的评价体系与评价模型研究和提高政府信用的途径与对策研究等五个方面回顾和分析了政府信用领域的相关成果,以期推动我国学术界政府信用问题的研究。

| Abstract: | Government credit is the consequence of the society credit system,it plays basic,deciding and oriented role.The society credit system could not be established without favorable government credit.The relative research results have been reviewed in this research domain,such as concepts,function,the cause of formation imperfect,evaluation methods and models,countermeasure of Government credit. |
