非公有制经济是社会主义经济发展中的一支富有活力和希望的生力军,其持续、快速、健康发展对促进整个国民经济发展起了重要的作用,而仲裁作为一种便捷高效的纠纷解决制度,对保护非公有制企业合法权益,维护市场稳定也具有重要意义。目前,我国仲裁制度仍存在些许缺陷和不足,需尽快加以改进和完善。

The non-public economy remains a powerful and hopeful force to develop socialist economy,whose sustainable,rapid and healthy development plays an iomportant role in promoting the national economy development.While the arbitration,as an efficient and convenient dispute settlement system,is of great significance to protect the lawful rights and interests of the non-public enterprises,and maintain market stable.At present,as to the arbitration system,there still exist some disadvantages and limitations which need to be improved and coped with as soon as possible.
