| Abstract: | Both the domestic and foreign study show cash flows have significant difference between an enterprise with financial distress and one without financial distress occupying financial pre-warning performance.It is necessary to study pre-warning system of financial risk based on cash flows with comparative analysis of present model of pre-warning system from the perspective of cash flows. |
