| 摘 要： | 大学生心目中班主任的形象是班主任开展工作的依据和努力方向.大学班主任应当多发挥引导、指导、协调等非强制性作用,少采用监督、管制等强制性措施.大学班主任不仅要具有良好的道德品质,还应当具备宽容、大度、乐观、幽默等良好的心理品质.应当根据大学生的思想和心理特点开展工作.

| Abstract: | Class advisers, moral educators in campuses, undertake an important task of moral education. Meanwhile, college students set even higher demands on class advisers for their function and quality. Students long for respect as well as equality, and dislike improper deeds.of some class advisers. In students' eyes, class advisers should have a democratic style of work, love their positions, respect their work, and have high-level academic qualities. |
