| Abstract: | The thesis puts forth under the theory of the Three Represents the viewpoint that the real goal of the judi- cial organization in the process of realizing the requirements of theory of the Three Represents is to realize the impartiality of justice through deepening reform in justice.The article also deals with some relevant important problems concerning how to institute an independent judicature,how to establish an elite judges collective as well as how to make the adminis- tration public. |
