论社会压力与贪官人格的形成——对现有“涉贪主体人格心理分析”理论的批判与反思

在特定社会情境中的不良压力，影响甚至改变着其自身保持较为稳定状态的人格中的“可变成分”，并进而产生贪官们特有的心理与行为表现。人格不同于心理，也不同于特定行为的外在表现。人的“需要”膨胀应当是与社会文化有关。显而易见，除去无道德评价意义的本性“冲动”的“贪婪”是一种社会的“催逼”，是社会发展压力下的必然结果。人们不得不做出更多更快的自我调整来应对更多压力的到来，即使这份“调整”是在违背道德与法制。
