| 摘 要： | 新型经济犯罪的主体具有更强的专业性、智能性,犯罪的组织化程度明显提高,犯罪的预谋性、计划性和隐蔽性越来越强。公安机关不但要加强对新型经济犯罪主体的研究,还应当切实加强对新型经济犯罪的防范和侦查,并从自身做起,探讨、摸索更好的打击对策。
