| Abstract: | It should be according to the contract Price or the manner stipulated in the contract when ascertain the construct works price. And what isn't stipulated ago should be hegotiated ky each other,or when the tready isn's explicit,so do they.If they don't come to terms,the price is ascertained according to the macter of the fact which comes out in the pertormance.ad the transaction haebit,Also thinking the local price and theprice in the meantime.When the contract is nuccified or canceled,Subtraction the oerationg cost trom the contract price is the man's loss which under takes the works. |
