| 摘 要： | 科学发展观为有效地开展高校思想政治工作提供了理论支持和方法论基础，对大学生思想政治教育具有指导作用。新时期要积极探索高校思想政治教育的新途径、新方法，在运用科学发展观提升高校思想政治教育中，加强对大学生思想政治教育的针对性、创新性，提高实效性，把握规律性，坚持以人为本，全面提升教育理念、教育思路和教育体系，创建可持续发展的思想政治教育新格局。

| Abstract: | The scientific outlook on development provides theoretical support and methodological basis for effective ideological and political education among college students, and plays a guiding part in the education. In applying the outlook to improving ideological and political education in the new period,we should make the education more specific, innovative and effective,follow the objective law,adhere to the principle of putting people first,make innovations in the educational idea and system. |
