| 摘 要： | 青年自组织的组织结构扁平化和无边界化,决定了它能够在社会管理领域发挥重要作用。但是,青年自组织的低水平发展以及其发展过程中的不可控因素,也可能使其成为和谐社会构建的＂双刃剑＂。所以,我们要以和谐理念去锻造青年自组织的和谐文化,以满足需求去增强青年自组织建设的实际效果,在价值重塑中提升青年自组织成员的思想内涵,使青年自组织的发展服务于和谐社会建设。
