| Abstract: | Philosophy of branches of law has great significance. It is a bridge connecting philosophy,legal philosophy and departmental laws. It laid the foundation for the departmental laws,determined the concepts,constructed the thinking method,and provided the ultimate explanations. It also could promote the innovation of departmental law system,and made the departmental laws linked up together. |
