| 摘 要： | 加入WTO ,公安队伍在思想观念、法律知识、整体素质和战斗力、价值观方面将遇到挑战。应对之策 :当前的任务是广泛开展WTO知识的培训 ,提高认识 ,转变观念 ;长远的目标是加强各级公安机关领导班子、加强队伍的教育培训、深化公安人事改革、加强各级公安机关作风建设 ,建设一支廉洁、高效、高素质的 ,能够适应与国际警务接轨需要的公安队伍

| Abstract: | The police team is faced with challenges in ideology concept, legal knowledge, total quality and combating force, value morals after entering WTO. Tasks at present are to launch a campaign to train WTO knowledge, improve ideology, change some concept; the long run goal is to strengthen the construction of police leader at all levels, strengthen the educational training of the police team, further police personnel reforms, better the style construction of police organs, set up a police team of probity, efficiency and high quality, being able to coordinate with international policing. |
