摘    要:寻求医院廉政文化建设与党风廉政及行业作风建设的结合点,已成为推进医院党风廉政建设的紧迫课题。南通市第三人民医院在创建"无红包"医院的过程中,通过采取制度约束、教育引导、分配激励、事业扶持、生活关心等举措,探索出了建立医院廉政文化长效机制的有效途径,赋予了医院廉政文化建设持久生命力,值得学习和借鉴。

Abstract:It is now an urgent issue to find out a cross point among hospitals’ anti-corruption,construction of the Party’s working style and professional morality so as to improve the anti-corruption construction in hospitals. In the process of creating a ’Hospital without Red Packets’,the Third People’s Hospital of Nantong has explored a set of long-term mechanism for the hospital’s anti-corruption construction by means of institutional constraining,educational guiding,distribution stimulating,career supporting and life caring. These measures,worth studying and using for reference,endow the hospital’s anti-corruption culture construction with lasting vitality.
