儒家廉政思想的现代转化与借鉴意义

儒家廉政思想内涵丰富,主要包括＂廉为政本＂、＂吏为廉先＂、＂廉政为民＂等主张,折射着儒家学者们以礼治国的感悟和政治智慧。当前反腐倡廉建设的思想和理论或多或少地会从儒家廉政思想中挖掘出些许思想渊源与理论基础。＂党风问题关系党的生死存亡＂思想、＂全心全意为人民服务＂的宗旨意识、建立＂惩治、预防与教育、监督并重的预防体系＂、＂以德治国＂思想、＂干部自律＂观念等分别是儒家＂廉为政本＂、＂廉政为民＂、＂道德教化＂、＂为政以德＂、＂修身正己＂等思想的现代转化,对当前反腐倡廉建设具有重要的借鉴意义。因此,弘扬儒家＂道德教化＂理念,加强道德教育,能够引导领导干部树立廉政理念;弘扬儒家＂修身正己＂思想,树立高尚品格,能够培养领导干部优良作风;弘扬儒家＂廉政为民＂思想,坚持以人为本,能够增强领导干部公仆意识。

Modern Transformation and Referential Significance of the Anti-corruption Ideology in Confucianism

The ideology of anti-corruption in Confucianism mainly contains the thoughts that integrity serves as the core of politics,officials must conform to the clean and honest principal,and the fight against corruption serves the people. These thoughts reflect the Confucian’s consciousness and political wisdom to govern a country with courtesy. The construction of the current anti-corruption ideas and theories has more or less dug out some thought sources and theoretical basis from Confucianism. In the present anti-corruption work,we have created the idea that the Party＇s work style concerns its survival,the principal that officials must serve the people whole-heartedly,the system that punishing and preventing have the equal significance with educating and supervising,the idea that a country must be governed by virtues,and the concept that cadres should have the self-restraint consciousness. All these ideas are the modern transformation of Confucianism that honesty is the basis of politics,moral standards can be used to educate persons,and a person must have self-discipline etc.,which has an important referential significance. We should carry forward the Confucian’s moral education concept to strengthen moral education and guide the cadres to establish the idea of honest administration,promote the self-cultivation and self-discipline concept to foster cadres’ clean working styles,advance the concept of serving the people and persist in the people-oriented principal to enhance cadres’ consciousness of being a public servant.
