| Abstract: | Constructing the Two -oriented Society is the common interest for the sustainable development worldwide, which is included in the Eleventh Five -year Planning of China as a profound and impending historic task to realize industrialization and urbanization. It is a necessity to shift growing mode, adjust and optimize the in- dustrial structure, form the sustainable producing pattern and consuming model and achieve the over - all well - being society target with the increasingly sustainable development ability. |
