| 摘 要： | 台湾原住民族教育是中华民族多元文化教育的有机组成部分,加强台湾原住民族教育立法研究,是两岸双方共同关注的课题,是推进大陆少数民族教育立法理论与实践建设的需要。本文在实地调研及文献研究的基础上,对台湾原住民族教育的概况、原住民族教育立法的缘起、内容、特点、经验等问题进行了较深入的阐述。

| Abstract: | As the important part of Chinese multicultural education, Taiwan aboriginal education is the common project of both sides and is also in the need of propelling the theoretical and practical construction of mainland ethnic minority education's legislation. The article elaborated the Taiwan aboriginal education survey; aboriginal education legislation's origination, contents, characters, experiences and so on.The research based on field investigation and doument study. |
