摘    要:随着<劳动争议调解仲裁法>的颁布实施,在各级工会和有关各方的积极努力下,一个以基层调解、仲裁调解、诉讼调解为主要内容的劳动争议多元调解格局正在逐步形成.这一多元调解格局的建立,为工会参与劳动争议调解开辟了广阔的空间.在新的形势下,工会只有抓住机遇,积极探索,充分利用法律和政策赋予的资源和手段,才能在劳动争议多元调解格局中发挥更大的作用.
