Problem of Question-oriented Case Teaching

The teaching of case has become an important method of education about public administration profession. The question-oriented teaching of administrative case around understanding, defining and solving questions, is facing many problems in practice, such as the change of role, the compile of case, the analysis and discussion in the class, the writing of case report. To seek available solutions must be from three aspects of teachers, learners as well as administrative cases in point.
