| 摘 要： | 目前，我国中西部出现了规模庞大的弱势群体，当弱势群体为生存欲融入主流社会而受到各种各样的歧视时，由弱势者转变为犯罪者就成为可能。弱势群体的人权受到社会的尊重和保障，消除社会的不公正因素，是预防和控制弱势群体犯罪的关键。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,vulnerable groups become more and more in mid west regions, w nen mey want to integrate the main stream society for survival, they will bear too much discrimination. The vulnerable persons are probable to offend crime. We should protect and esteem the rights of vulnerable groups. The key to prevent and control the vulnerable group crimes is to eliminate the unfair factors in society. |
