坚持和完善我国社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度

坚持基本经济制度,是由我国仍然处于社会主义初级阶段和生产力发展的多层次性决定的;是我们党对建设社会主义的长期实践的总结,特别是对20世纪90年代以来改革开放实践的总结。完善基本经济制度,必须毫不动摇地巩固和发展公有制经济;必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济发展;必须坚持公有制为主体,促进非公有制经济发展,统一于社会主义现代化建设的进程中,不能把这两者对立起来。

Stick to & Improve the Basic Economic System of Primary Stage of Socialism of China

The reason for us to stick to the basic economic system is decided by our situation in primary stage of socialism and multilevels on the development of productivity; it is the summary of our party's long-term practice on the construction of socialism and also the summary of our reform and opening practice since 1990s. We must consolidate and develop state ownership, encourage, support and guide the development of non state ownership; we have to insist on the major position of state ownership, promote the development of non state ownership and unify them into the progress of building of socialism modernization and we couldn't oppose them so as to improve the basic economic system.
