| Abstract: | To differentiate the crime of mining mineral resources illegally and the crime of mining mineral resources destructively, we should ascertain the person has the right to mine mineral resources or not .If the person has the right to mine, he will commit the crime of mining mineral resources illegally. If not, he will commit the crime of mining mineral resources destructively. |
