坚持"一法两纲"提高妇女健康水平

妇幼卫生工作是公共卫生的重要组成部分,多年来,中国妇幼卫生工作以贯彻实施《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》、《中国妇女发展纲要(2001-2010)》和《中国儿童发展纲要(2001-2010)》为核心,开展以保护妇女生殖健康为主要内容的生殖保健服务,努力提高我国妇女的健康水平。在新时期,面对机遇和挑战,要不断适应人民群众日益增长的妇幼保健需求,坚持“以人为本”,发展以妇女为中心的生殖健康事业。

Adhere to "One Law, Two Programs" and Improve Women's Health

China has over the past decades carried out its maternity and child care work with the focus on the implementation of the "Maternity and Child Care Law of the People's Republic of China," "Program for Chinese Women's Development(2001-2010)." It has carried out the reproductive health service with the focus on protection of women's reproductive health.The Chinese government believes that,faced with both opportunities and challenges in the new era,it is necessary to constantly meet people's increasing needs for maternity and child care,adhere to the "people first" principle and improve the women-centered reproductive health work.
