关于进一步完善公务员制度的思考

新时代对我国公务员制度提出了新的要求 ,客观上要求进一步完善公务员制度。而我国现行公务员制度存在一些亟待解决的问题,如历史局限性、与时代发展的不适应性、机制的不完整性等等。文章就此提出要在激励机制、监督机制、信息反馈机制三个方面加以建立健全和完善

A Thought on Improving the Administration System of Government Officials

It is demanded in the new age that the administration system of government officials be further improved. At present, there exist in it some problems needed to be solved , such as its historical limitations, its inadaptability to the times and its imperfect mechanism. This paper thus suggests that it should be improved in the aspects of encouraging system, supervising mechanism as well as feedback system.
