| 摘 要： | 文章对东盟实施单一的区域化知识产权法律的前景进行了分析。在分析了东盟统一知识产权法律的努力之后,对其所面临的国际和国内背景进行了论述,指出东盟近期无法在知识产权的区域保护方面另辟蹊径,而有可能建立一个单一的东盟知识产权管理机制。

| Abstract: | This paper seeks to examine the prospect for ASEAN of adopting a unified regional IP system. After the analysis of the efforts made by ASEAN to integrate their intellectual property laws, this paper continues to explain the international and domestic contexts against which such an effort should be assessed, and concludes that instead of being able to trail blaze in this area, ASEAN might succeed in introducing a unified IP administrative mechanism. |
