| 摘 要： | 随着警务督察各项工作的逐步深入,如何深刻理解警务督察规范化建设与公安队伍整体建设两者的关系,进一步将二者结合起来,并纳入规范化、制度化、法制化的轨道,从而达到相互促进,相得益彰的效果,显得尤为重要。本文从四个方面谈了近几年在警务督察实践中的体会和看法。

| Abstract: | With various jobs of the supervision of the police affairs going in depth, it becomes particularly important to have a profound understanding of the relationship between the standardization construction of the supervision of police affairs and the all-round cultivation of the police staff, to further combine these jobs and make them going to the track of standardization, systematism and legality so that these jobs can help each other forward and complement each other. This article presents the view in four respects on the practice of the supervision of polive affairs in recent years. |
