| 摘 要： | 在信息全球化、经济一体化、文化多元化的时代背景下,科技合作国际化已成为当今世界的发展潮流,由此孵化而诞生的国际科技创新则是区域经济快速健康增长的最能动因素.近年来,各国中央和地方政府及其职能部门与科研院所、高等院校和广大科技人员合作,集思广益,群策群力,整合资源,发挥优势,通过多种形式进行科技国际化合作,取得阶段性的科技成果并且转化成为先进的生产力.其中,广西与越南在农业科技方面积极开展双向合作,产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益,便是较为成功的明例.
