| 摘 要： | 二十世纪五十年代末,荚国心理学家赫茨伯格提出双因素理论,把影响企业员工积极性的因素,分为激励因素和保健因素。企业发展既需要激励因素又需要保健因素。要充分发挥激励因素与保健因素的作用,企业需要创造一个激励环境。
